Brighton Handball Club was was founded by Juan Reig and Miguel Puig after the London 2012 Olympic Games. The first ever trainng took place in Preston Park with 9 players coming to train (See photo).

Brighton Handball Club managed to secure an indoors venue where the regular trainings could take place. The club began training at Deans Leisure Centre once a week (now called Longhill Sports Centre).

Brighton Handball Club has grown from strength to strength and now it has a senior Men, Womens and U18 team.

The club is affiliated with the English Handball Association and most of our teams compete in an official league. Home matches are played at Worthing Leisure Centre.

Feel free to come down on Saturday mornings at 10:30am at Portslade Leisure Centre. We are looking for young players (14-17 years old) to help us continue growing our competitive U18 team.
